Description

We offer a system installation and training service.

A JANBY technician will come to your kitchen to do the installation and give you a complete training of the different functionalities.
This service entails the following aspects:

• • The initial cloud set up:
    • Development of the location tree.
    • Equipment registration and association to a location.
    • Recipe registration and association to a location.
  • Unboxing and installation of the equipment in the location:
    • License activation on the device.
  • System training:
  • Functionalities of the JANBY Track app.
  • Functionalities of the JANBY Labels app.
  • First steps with the JANBY Cloud.

The set up will take 8 hours and is recommended that as many people that will be involved in the process assists.
*Travel, accomodation and food costs will be budgeted separately.
