1.1. Shipping costs

Taxes and shipping: When you enter the shipping address and VAT number in the shopping cart, the tax corresponding to the country or geographical area of purchase will automatically be applied. 1.2. Free shipping
If the order amount exceeds 90€ and the shipping address is within the Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal), the Buyer may benefit from free shipping.
1.3. Delivery
JANBY undertakes to deliver the purchased products, in the location indicated for this purpose in the order form, and in the shortest possible time. Purchases made on the weekend will be served from Monday. The delivery period starts from the day after receipt of the transfer with the total amount of the purchase made. Once the order has been paid, the delivery time is 3 to 4 working days for the peninsula (Spain and Portugal) and 5 to 7 working days for the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (except in periods of special promotions, see continued).
ATTENTION: In periods of special promotions with high demand peaks such as BLACK FRIDAY or PRE-SUMMER periods, orders may require additional time to process. In case of not having any item / s of your order, JANBY will inform of the new delivery period, indicating the possibility of reimbursement of the amounts paid for the specific item / s, or of the replacement by a good of similar characteristics of superior or same quality, at the Buyer’s choice.
The products will be sent accompanied by the delivery note. In order to optimize delivery, JANBY will thank the Buyer for indicating an address where the order can be delivered within normal business hours.
JANBY only works with courier companies and specialized transport , in case of absence, the courier will come a second time to ensure delivery of the order within the established period. If this is not possible, he will contact the Buyer through the telephone number provided.
Once the order has left JANBY’s warehouses, it is in the hands of the transport company that the Buyer has chosen and therefore JANBY has no control over the order. If you have any questions or queries and your package has already left our warehouses, please contact the chosen transport company directly.
The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the address data provided. In the event that there is an error in the address (in whole or in part) and a second shipment is required, the Buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost that may be incurred.
1.4. Warranty and claims
All the products offered are original products of the brand, with a factory warranty certificate and in principle without any defect.
The Buyer enjoys a total guarantee (return of the product and re-delivery of another brand new one) against any defect or lack of conformity. The guarantee of the products sold by JANBY is provided and established in the conditions of handling, correct use and conservation and in the terms contained in the guarantee certificates that are attached to each product.
Within the warranty, the Buyer can choose between the repair or replacement of the affected product, unless the latter is impossible or disproportionate. It has a period of two months from when it becomes aware of the non-conformity. JANBY is liable for any lack of conformity that manifests itself within a period of two years from delivery. It is presumed that the lack of conformity manifested in the six months after delivery already existed when the thing was delivered, after six months it will be the Buyer who has to demonstrate that the lack of conformity existed at the time of delivery. of good.
To make the guarantee effective, it is necessary to present:
- Purchase invoice issued by JANBY Digital Kitchen S.L.
- Packaging and other contents (manuals and controls).
The serial number of the product to be repaired must correspond to the files owned by JANBY Digital Kitchen S.L. The warranty will not be valid in case of factors external to the normal use of the product, such as power surges or drops, use of inappropriate accessories or those prohibited by the manufacturers, falls or improper or abusive handling by the customer or by unauthorized third parties. .
The guarantee will start on the same day of delivery and / or acceptance of the order and the provisions of this guarantee do not exclude the benefits of the legal guarantee provided for in the Civil Code by hidden defect (s) in favor of the Buyer.
1.5. Defective products or wrong shipments
In the event that the product is returned due to lack of conformity (defective products or erroneous shipments), the user will have the right to opt either for the return of the economic amount paid or for the return of the product for another of identical characteristics . In these cases, JANBY will be responsible for the shipping or return costs of the product.
However,

2. Right of withdrawal and return policy
